We have a user-editable Microsoft Word version of our application form available below. This is our preferred application method. Please open or download the form, complete it as appropriate, and then email it to our Volunteer Coordinator, Taylor.Royal@foppweb.co.uk.

Alternatively, you can download a printable version of the form by clicking this link. You can then post the completed form to our Volunteer Coordinator: Taylor Royal, Friends of Peterborough Prison Ltd, HMP Peterborough, Saville Road, Westwood, Peterborough, PE3 7PD. But please be aware, it may be some days before your application reaches us because of delays in the prison internal mail system.
